Our brand new, 2,000 square foot, state of the art facility located in York Street Yards is bright, modern, and inviting. The studio features flooring specialized for fitness, with four layers to absorb impact. We are committed to unmatched cleanliness in our studio and common area spaces.

WORKOUTS

We offer multiple class formats to achieve a balance of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Our workouts, designed to complement one another, are suitable for all levels and bodies. Whether joining in-studio or virtually, each class is more than just a workout, it’s an experience.

TEAM

Our passionate team of certified instructors are dedicated to delivering energetic, effective, and challenging workouts suitable to every body. All instructors provide personalized coaching, tailored cueing, and alternative movements to ensure the best classes possible.
